"A day in my life" by Armand Oliva
Hi, I live at 14 Jaume Ribas Street. I'm forty-four, and I married.
My wife, Montse is thirty-four and our child, Arnau, is four.
I usually wake up at seven o'clock, and I get up at eight o'clock.
When I get up, I go to the bathroom. I clean my teeth, and wash my face.
I do not wash my hair every day.
At eight fifteen I go to the bedroom, and I put my clothes on.
My wife goes to work, she's a butcher. My son and I have breakfast.
Arnau watches TV and I read the newspaper or a book.
At quarter to nine we leave the house and go to work. I'm a teacher and Arnau is a student. I work at the same school where my son studies.
We walk to the school.
At one o'clock I finish work. Arnau's grandfather usually stays and we have lunch.
I go to the swimming-pool and at half past two I go to school to have lunch.
At three o'clock I go to work and at five o'clock I finish work.
On Mondays and Wednesdays I have my motorcycle and I go to my English class.
On Tuesdays I walk with my wife and my son.
On Thursdays and Fridays my son and I go for a walk and cycle.)
At six o'clock or seven o'clock I get home. Usually we have dinner at eight o'clock.
Arnau goes to bed at nine o'clock and my wife and I watch T.V.
Usually, Montse goes to bed at ten or eleven o clock.
I love the night and when I am alone, I watch T.V., go to the computer, read a book, and listen to music or practice magic tricks, my hobby.
I usually go to bed at one o'clock or half past one.
Good night...

More by Jesús Ariño
But More isn't a resigned person. On the contrary, he's an imaginative person. In his working day, he doesn't think about his mechanical work. He opens his mind, and then he thinks about his inventions. He imagines things that he will make when he arrives home.
More is an inventor, an odd inventor. He uses old pieces of junk to make positive things.
He invents impossible things. Is it impossible? Maybe, but impossible is nothing, and so, this is his way to make his happiness. And, what is more, this is too his way to make our happiness.
